The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 1, section a, line 3, by striking out “in 18-5-18a of this code” and inserting in lieu thereof “in the state board policy 2419 in addition to the Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA).”

Additionally, The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 1, section b, line 6, by striking out “in 18-5-18a of this code” and inserting in lieu thereof “in the state board policy 2419 in addition to the Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA).”
